Warranty

Agam warrants that our products are free from defects in design, materials, and workmanship when used as intended. This warranty is given to the original buyer and is valid for as long as the original buyer owns and uses the product. 

If a product is found to be defective, and only upon receipt of written notice within the applicable warranty period, Agam Interiors will either repair or replace (at its discretion) with a replacement component or product free of charge to the customer. Agam Interiors does not warrant the color-fastness or matching color, texture, or dye lots except to within commercially reasonable standards.

Ten (10) Years	Panel inserts (laminate or other) and electrical components  Lamps and ballasts are not warranted (fluorescent)
Five (5) Years	High-wear items such as fabrics and other covering materials

Terms

Use

This warranty is valid only if the products are installed, used, and maintained in accordance with the supplied installation and/or application instructions. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage caused by any of the following: accidents, neglect, abuse or misuse; vandalism; improper installation, cleaning, or storage; alteration; damage caused by shipment; chemical damage; environmental factors; discoloration or change in surface finish due aging, exposure to sunlight/indoor lighting or fluids; disaster (i.e. fire, flood). 

This warranty does not cover customer’s own material (COM) or equipment applied to our products. This warranty is void if the customer modifies the product or if attachments are made to the product that are not approved by Agam Interiors. 

Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice. After placing an order, the customer receives a Sales Order Acknowledgment via email, which indicates in detail the scope of the work and the pricing. Orders will not be processed without Agam receiving a signed copy of said Proposal.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and the transactions contemplated hereby shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, USA without regard to the choice-of-law principles thereof. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be brought only in the courts of the State of Maryland. 

THIS WARRANTY IS THE ORIGINAL BUYER’S SOLE REMEDY FOR PRODUCT DEFECTS AND NO OTHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY IS PROVIDED. AGAM INTERIORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT DEFECT.
